Dry Bean Resources

So, for a home gardner this video describes the basics of harvesting, shucking and winnowing dry beans. When we started, we put them into pillow cases to let them finish drying in a warm room and beat them like she shows in the video. As we started growing more and more beans, we have to build racks to dry them on if the fall was wet, and we purchased burlap bags and had to use large tubs and fans to winnow. We would love to build a mini bean thresher.
